To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we promised, please make sure that your address is correctly entered including all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Currently, we do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States, Canada or other international addresses (U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.) We ship the majority of our products through UPS, but we occasionally ship through FedEx, USPS, or Main Freight as needed
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s), unless otherwise stated. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on national holiday, will be processed in following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping rates & options
Grandeur Co. Jewelry offers free U.S. standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders over $50. Shipping charges for orders $50 or less will be calculated based on destination, weight of the shipment, size of the shipment and displayed at the checkout. Expedited shipping methods are also available, such as UPS Next Day Air (1 business day), and UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. The Grandeur Co. Jewelry is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures. The Grandeur Co. Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise damaged during shipping. Grandeur Co. Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
